The cool coastal climate ensures high quality fruit that ripens slowly, developingdelicate but rich flavors yielding intensely aromatic wines. We blend rich Cabernet Sauvignon with soft Merlot for a balanced mouth feel while adding Cabernet Franc for aroma and Malbec for color. The wines were aged inAmerican, French and Hungarian oak barrels as well as stainless tanks with micro oxygenation to create a soft and approachable food friendly wine. |
